The past few months have been very difficult personally as my mother passed away toward the end of June. That’s why things have been so quiet; it has been difficult to get going again without it somehow feeling inappropriate, disrespectful.

It has been a great help though to be so busy with all the people passing through the studio here – Avril, Fiach, Simon, the Hawklion boys and the good folks from S.I.L have all been a great source of distraction and support so thanks to them. I know my mam would want me to keep focusing on the good things in life, so that’s what I’ll do.

Time to get back to work.
